Default Random log off with AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4200+

I am at the finish of my rope on this one. I have an existing system that has functioned excellent for 5-6 years. Currently it improved a random shut down trouble that progressed into a complete hard disk drive failure. Just that I have a latest hard drive I have been testing to troubleshoot the root trouble. Windows XP Pro installs excellent, no consequences what so ever, the troubles begins when I load drivers. If I load the Video driver, it will log off. If I load the Ethernet driver it will function well until the cable is plugged in.

Have you Ensured that your cooling fans are functioning perfectly. Too, if you have had the unit for 5 or 6 years, you might requirements to apply few fresh thermal paste to the central processing unit/heat sink.

Can you go into bios and assure in the hardware monitor if it is depicted enhanced temperature or either the 3.3v or 12.0 something is demonstrating low numbers as such because if it is then it could be a trouble with the power supply unit and not with the mobo. Since its a 5-6 year former system you should too assure the motherboard capacitors.
