Default ASUS P8Z77 V LE and the DRAM LED

Hello, i have just put with a latest machine and arrive across the similar time on the first trouble, if I require to restart the machine, nil goes on, the fans go on though, but that is about it no post, no beeps and the screen continues blacken - only the DRAM light is constant.

As can be installed 2x4GB memory from Kingston, no matter how I put the memory in the pews, there is always the same error one exception a bar in bank 3 the middle black, then the PC will boot without problems, incidentally, both latches work individually in bank 3, a memory fault, I would therefore rule.

Hello, it is the built-in memory with 8 GB capacity not just as a 4GB undivided module in the sympathy list of your cpu board?

Not directly with the exact same number, but with the same specification, in addition to Kingston Speicher be said to be very compatible, update 2: If I use a bolt in bank 3 Start in the bios and the speed of the memory drive all the way down, then I can reboot the PC after in normal configuration 8GB -> 2 x GB in the blue seats start shame really. Since the RAM and the memory comptroller yet dominator 1600MHz not just 800 Get fast time set up Windows and update the BIOS, possibly does it issue?

Affirm the memory, the XMP profile and, if so, is it modified in the cpu board BIOS, surely, there are memory that can overwork its 1600 rate only by activation of the XMP profile. Compared to CPU-Z tab "Memory" and "SPD", whether fit the memory timings, maybe in the manual of the mainboard nachgucken whether prescribed for use with 2 memory modules specific memory banks.

Thank you again for the tips, unluckily i am not on a green branch, have this memory:
Kingston HyperX XMP DIMM Kit 8GB PC3-12800 CL9-9-9-27 DDR3-1600 KHX1600C9D3K2/8GX concording to Kingston or test compositions it is simpatico with the ASUS P8Z77 V LE. The manual says that "hyper-DIMM support" or in an XMP must be enabled DOCP - XMP is active, I do not think DOCP furthermore, the memory 1.65V according to specification - the BIOS will always give him only 1.5V, as well as the clock speed: 1600 work he has, he does so only at 800MHz.

Why do I want to set as much as ever, if I used a simple memory, did 20 years ago, my first PC tinkered together, and even then I have nothing to configure -> Memory pure and good wars.

You bought the wrong memory, for socket 1155 is memory with 1.5 V 1.65 V and not correct, if you are running your memory permanently at 1.65 V, you can damage the CPU, so memory to the right or try to replace the memory with 1333MHz and 1.5V to operate.
