This board blew away every other board we've tested in the past, and necessitated a reset of the top scores in our benchmark sheets. We set it up with the top of the line Intel Core i7 965 processor, with 3 GB of DDR3 RAM, a ATI 4870X2, and an Intel 80 GB SSD for storage. All this was powered by a Tagan B2-1300 SMPS. In World Bench 6, the board set a new high score of 151. PC Mark Vantage saw 9,296 points, and a score of 198 in Sys Mark and 15,955 points in 3D Mark Vantage basically saw this board set the highest scores in all our tests. It was undoubtedly helped by the extremely fast Intel Solid State drive that we used as \ even taking that out of the equation will leave a very fast board.

The OC Palm device was reasonably useful. After installing the software in Windows, the screen shows various statistics such as CPU temperature, fan speed and the like. Overclocking with this was quite easy, and it even has support for Yahoo widgets, so you can set it to track stock prices, the weather, or what-have-you.
