Default Asus P5N32-E SLI Plus motherboard

    Hello

My motherboard an ASUS P5N32-E SLI PLUS, I have an E6550, the FSB rated 1600 k so that the bus speed to 400 with an x7 and raise a little more does not restart the pc or to make changes, what k can upload up to 1640 is ...

    Any solution?

    Hello

The source buddy is fixed if you get enough to climb, because that does not seem to be an fsb.

We need to give more voltage to the board in that case. And see if that. If you should not have any fsb or anything, also try flashing the bios in one of these you can upload more.

That all this memory, with latencies has problems or anything.

    Hello

I do not think is an fsb wall, it would be better to lower the multi and test reports as far shits.

    Hello

In this case you have two options, a lower divider as mentioned, that most of the bios is called DRAM Frequency relax the latencies to 5 5 5 15 and raise the voltage a little to the memos is that if required. In any case what is left healthier 1:1 over the CPU?

A screenshot of your bios, it is better for what we can to help lower frequency of the memos because they are running at 400 @ 800.

On the last point many forget this and more while MHz and voltage temperature rises dramatically.

Not including the SPD tab to see the default latencies at different frequencies, but the 400 and any memory can be increased up to 10%.

What you need is to upload a little Vcore and achieve the Bios alternatives have been specified by top-scale ... T º and verifies that these heats the central area, very easy to climb and hence T º jars are unstable.

That fan is in the process?

I need a pork came from a broken but the memories are supposed k 2x1GB 4-4-4-12 at 800MHz and as k can upload say till 1000 with voltages d factory.

Vcore and it's 1175 and in cpuz makes this 1,456 k (now) at 27-30 ° with the sink set. And uploaded it till the Vcore to 1.5 and nothing, and also climbed to 1.7 and the latencies to 5-5-5-15 but nothing.

I do not agree to anything that we should put c2d.Depende linked in your memos. I got the plate with this Unlinked and 2T, and my overclock quite modest anyway, is like silk, the most stable configuration original the link and put your memos are not there, so do not wear dissipates, the regard to leverage, but in this micro 8x, but does not remove you can not keep climbing beware that the Vcore from 1.5 lost warranty! Let SB and 1.5, do not touch it.

Putting Link / Synch memos with the FSB, the board automatically puts the configuration most friendly and stable to overclock.

Indeed the link immediately memos variable in the equation, so the CPU is first stabilized and then you can play the ram overclocked.
