If your motherboard is damaged in the warranty period, it will purely depend upon how it was damaged. Intel motherboard replacement is done depending on how it was damaged, and if physically damaged, the warranty is void. Check with the dealer who sold you the motherboard. Give him the proof of purchase and he will send it to Intel for replacement. If your case is eligible, you will get a replacement within approximately 2-3 weeks. Otherwise, you would have to repair or replace the motherboard at your own expense.
