ECS has launched its A785GM-M micro ATX board into the shops. Which supports the innovative AMD 785G along with SB710 chipsets; it supports the newest socket AM3 45nm AMD Phenom II processors up to 140W TDP. The A785GM-M also compatible to support up to 32GB DDR3 1333/1066/800 SDRAM by the use of the 4 DIMM sockets. Why it does this is someone guessing as 16GB is the useful limit due to utmost DRAM size of 4GB presently.

The board has plenty of connections with Gigabit LAN, 12 USB 2.0 ports, 6 SATA 3.0 GB/s connections, with Firewire as well as eSATA connectors. It looks to us like the A785GM-M is perfectly suitable for a home theater build crowd. It has built-in ATI Radeon HD 4200 graphics with AMD Hybrid Crossfire technology as well as DirectX 10.1 capabilities.

ECS has also built-in an 8-channel HD audio with HDMI+DVI+VGA video connections together with eJIFFY, a Linux-based interface for fast booting for when you just require to go online for browsing or read-through e-mail.
