MSI 790FX GD70 or GA 790FXT UD5

I need to upgrade to AM3 which motherboard of this is best for me?

I have the MSI one, and trust me it's definitely one if not the best am3 motheeboard. Mine booted a 955 BE and 8 gigs of ddr3 1600 right off the bat with no problems. Only problem with it is the ram slots are a bit close to the CPU and might block a cooler, but i use the corsair h50 cooler and i'm good.
