Default How to find motherboard model

I recently ordered a Q8400 (socket775) because my previous CPU, the E6650, wasn't helping me much in multitasking, rather making it worse in some cases. However, among some motherboards that I've come across, such as those five::

    Gigabyte GA-EP43-UD3L
    Intel DG33FBC
    Asus P5QC
    Asus P5B (-vm*)
    Abit IP35

I do not know which one would be best to buy.... I've been watching some reviews on YouTube's TigerDirectBlog network and doing some search on the internet but I still don't know which. I have those pieces which I do not want to change::

    CoolerMaster CM690 case
    Q8400 s775 CPU
    4sticks of DDR2 at 800mhz
    BFG GeForce GTS 250 1GB
    OCZ StealthXStream 500W

Im looking for something that is great for multitasking, especially working on huge editing programs like 'Adobe After Effect' & 'Corel VideoStudio Pro X2'. Although, Im not interested in overclocking.

    Thank you.

The P45 will be the fastest chipset for the Q8400. P45 is Crossfire capable (dual Radeon cards). All your gear listed is compatible. You have a single Nvidia GTS 250 which will run as a single card on the P45 chipset. No SLI capability. Never owned an ASrock MB. ASUS is the parent Co. of ASrock. ASUS P45 Mbs on Newegg.

This board you listed does not support 45nm quads (Q8400). All the MB possibilities listed, even the P35s, are weak (if they even support the 8400 with BIOS update) to say the least. Look to the P45 chipset for the Q8400. Even the X48 boards have come down in price.
