    Default Memory problem

For Asus p5q motherboard as well as CPU e8400 3ghz bought Memory Corsair Dominator <TWIN2X4096-8500C5D> DDR-II DIMM 4Gb KIT 2 * 2Gb <PC2-8500> in the BIOS put voltage 2.1 volts and 1066, but cpu-z and other similar tools consistently shows 800 MHz on the same cpu-z memory works on the profile jedec2 with a frequency of 400, at 533 epp is not going to go whether there is a dependence on the chipset manufacturer? Read that corsair with nvidia promote epp. Feeling that Intel's chipsets is not working.

I have very chipset nvidia 590 SLi (Asus m2n32 SLi deluxe) and Memory Corsair XMS2 <TWIN2X4096-6400C4DHX> DDR-II DIMM 4 GB KIT 2 * 2GB <PC2-6400>. so I just set in the BIOS sli ready with the dissolution of 0% and I have established normal timings and bus speed, but until then, even during a voltage 2.1 volts and 800 MHz timings were higher than those in the specification.

And in the first case, when put voltage and frequency, timings put right? And if you set them manually correct or less put the frequency, it appears as? a working computer is stable? Memtest run?

Naturally, because you look at CPU-Z stitch in spd memory modes by default, but to actually change the memory frequency will not notice.

1066 MHz and 2.1 volts is established. in cpu-z tab, look memory. there is indicated the frequency of 800 MHz and excessive latency. tab spd these parameters correspond to the profile jedec2, but the memory should work with epp1 1066 and timings 5-5-5-15-2T.
I repeat that in the BIOS everything is as it should, but cpu-z and everest show that the memory runs at 800 MHz and inflated timings.

Unfortunately, screen can provide only in the evening, TC problematic computer is not me
