Thread: OCZ Gold XTC DDR2

OCZ has a great name in PC memory. We have evaluated OCZ memory here earlier, and generally been more than happy with its performance. Now we look to the OCZ Gold XTC DDR2, and see if it lives up to the company's reputation.



We find opportunity to look at few more OCZ memory. We have seen some other OCZ Gold memory. In fact, we have reviewed OCZ memory here at least twice.
This was rather a while ago, speaking in PC terms, and the products were DDR memory. Now we look at some DDR2 from OCZ. If OCZ has kept up with their great reputation, then this must be a great product. We will be taking a look at OCZ Gold XTC DDR2-800. This is more of a budget RAM then an ultra level RAM, but it's OCZ. Could they pull off budget RAM with performance in mind?
