The Platinum PC4800 is a different from previous OCZ memory that look at the company's VX PC3200. It does not like higher volts, for beginners, and it's targeted to general overclockers rather than gamers. Does it still carry exceptional performance we have come to expect from OCZ?
Here we look at the Platinum PC4800 memory. This is a different kind of memory as far as target consumer. The VX offers low latency, but give up the speed. The Platinum PC4800 sacrifices latency to higher speeds. Can OCZ keep on meeting high expectations they encourage with this memory?
