These are not the bad specifications. A lifetime warranty on RAM is good thing. And, a 5ns chip mainly means this memory is not overclocked slower memory, it is intended to run at PC3200 speeds. It is inadequate to see that GeIL claims memory might require between 2.5v and 3.1v. This can be major problem consider most of new motherboards only permit up to 2.8v. Fine at least they are up front and honest about amount of voltage probably wanted. The "Dragon Eye" is something I had not seen on RAM sticks before. It looks creative and good.
