I would not tell you what to do with memory after you place it in, but this is a little trickier. On first boot up, simply do what you do generally, going into whatever Operating System you utilize. DDR Booster must initialize, and within some time must read proper voltage that is going into memory from board. If it does not read properly, you want to recalibrate it.

Recalibrating it is simple. Under LED there is a small dial that can be tuned with a screw driver. Change it until volts on the read out is similar what board is giving memory. Once this is done, it is time to restart.

Now go into BIOS with DDR Booster reading same volts as BIOS, slowly move dial on Booster to the desired voltage shows on LED. I would not suggest you set it higher then what OCZ has published about board. Restart and go back into OS; now, LED read out must be what you set it to. You can test it in a software program, but remember they could be off.
