The BIOS has many of nice extras besides the usual features. Take a view at the more basic ones here in the Advanced BIOS features screen. The Advanced Chipset Features screen is below that, and it has a little more to look at.

As you can observe I had to play with the DRAM timing to get them to match the memory spec. It is very simple to perform, as you can observe. For some of the other options, it would be nice to have more documentation in the manual. a few of the features seem to be explained well sufficient, but in others it seems that they did not attempt so hard . One example is:

The motherboard also allows temperature and voltage monitoring, with extra special features. A few of them are available through the Super-Step software too. Here's a screenshot of the temperature monitoring.

If you enable Super-Boot, the computer caches your BIOS post phase, so it will omit that the next time you boot. These speeds up your machine start by about 5-10 seconds, depending on your devices. The SuperBIOS-Protect keeps your machine BIOS from being overwritten by a virus or other malicious code.

Super Recovery protected your computer, and it looks influenced by the thoughts behind the Trusted Platform Module. It can lock down partitions of your hard drives so they can only be used during backups and with passwords.
