The much-hated "blue screen of death" occurs in Microsoft window operating system and happens when the computer's RAM is faulty. Damaged RAM causes the computer to go directly into protective mode, which appears as a blue screen with white type. This can be fixed easily by replacing the RAM, which is joined to your PC motherboard.
Instructions
Step 1
Power off your PC and unplug the rule cord going into the PC's tower. This is very main because if you by burden shock the motherboard, you may well fry it beyond repair.
Step 2
Remove the screw on every one side of the PC tower. These hold the tower cover in place, protecting the insides. You might need to eliminate the front plaster of the PC tower before removing the entire tower.
Step 3
Remove the PC exceed side panel by either downhill the panel up or to the side until you hear a click. Slowly remove the panel and you will see the inner workings of the PC. Locate the RAM cartridges on the motherboard. They will be the only thing that is clipped to the motherboard that you can eradicate by just flipping up the clips.
Step 4
Flip up the clip on every side of the RAM, which will pop out. Insert the replacement RAM into the identical slot and snip it into place. Close the PC tower case and plug the power contribute back into place. Turn on the computer and there should be no blue screen. If there is, you replace the wrong stick of RAM. Remove and swap the other sticks of RAM until the blue screen disappears.
