Board to be changed from Gateway FX400XL system

I had recently got a Gateway FX400XL Desktop PC. And I set upped it with the window vista OS. As it support the Intel Pentium® 4 CPU. The real fact is that I need to change the motherboard from the machine as it is not able to support my system. However I am not getting any option for it. Is there anyone how to take out as well as change the board in the Gateway FX400XL Desktop?
