    Default 1x4GB or 2x2GB RAM

I am looking at new construct and I view there is 4GB DDR3 sticks. Appropriate to budget constraints it’s 4GB, so is 2 brushwood better than 1? The new PC will perhaps be P2, 890 motherboard based and typically used for gaming. Please help me to solve this problem.

You won't ever necessitate more than 4 GB for gaming. Glue to 2x2GB. It's cheaper, though I don't know if 1 x 4GB is sooner than 2 x 2GB. It's been long time since I used single stick of RAM on computer.

Going with 2x2GB will supply dual channel, and from what I realize is that more cores have, more that having other channels will assist. I believe that's why Intel went with triple channel and didn't wait with dual channel.
