Thread: 4 GB dual direct or 6 GB single channel

I want to identify which will give improved presentation. I have an unlocked Phenom II running at 3.7 GHz. I have 3 x 2 GB ram sticks. So I can run 2 x 2 GB or 3 x 2 GB. I am pretentious if its 3x2gb it runs in single channel. I am presently playing BFBC2 and play lately released games when I can. Which will give me better performance? Please help me to solve this problem.

4gb dual absolutely much faster and typically small smoother and I concur with /rant/ he has point why did you sell the 1 stick could have had 8gb and been done with this mess buy it back and be done with it.

Run in engaged mode, dual channel, for better memory presentation. Single channel is much slower.
