    Default Virtual memory inaccuracy

I am having the desktop processor system which has the Windows XP operating system. I am facing virtual memory issue every time I try to open more than one principle on my system; it gives error message Virtual memory too low. Because of this I am unable to open more than one application at time. Please let me know if there is any inbuilt method to overcome the issue.

    Follow this step:

    1. Click Start>> right-click My Computer>>click Properties.

    2. In the System Properties dialog box, click the Advanced tab.

    3. In the Performance pane, click Settings.

    4. In the Performance Options dialog box, click the Advanced tab.

    5. In the Virtual memory pane, click Change.

    6. Vary the Initial size value and the Maximum size value to a higher value, click Set, and after that click OK.

I think it will help you to fix your problem.
