Default ATI Crossfire 4850 with two different memory

For that things in life that I have received two 4850 home 512megas one and the other 2 gigs. It is possible to crossfire between them?worth me or rather sell one of them?'

I would sell the 512 turn up the frequency and so little more if it costs nothing can be done from within the catalyst. Not that work better one than the other but must be a factory comes overclocked.
