ASUS has launched its new board of the Extreme IV Crosshair ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG), designed to ensure full compatibility with the fastest processors for AMD890FX Chipset. One of its main novelty is the inclusion of technology Crosslinx 3, which can simultaneously use several graphs of different generations and manufacturers. This new board also incorporates a lot of features for overclocking very easy to use, as ROG Connect, Bluetooth RC ROG and iDirect. 3 Crosslinx technology enables users to employ jointly NVIDIA and ATI graphics, but the models do not belong to the same generation. This work of multiple graphs is achieved by Lucid HYDRALOGIX engine.

The Extreme IV Crosshair motherboard also includes a total of five PCI Express expansion slots, two of which are dedicated to the support of a GPU, or two in Crossfire configuration. The other three technologies incorporated Crosslinx HYDRALOGIX and 3, which together allow you to use up to 4 graphics from different manufacturers and generations. True to the tradition of the ROG series, the new Extreme IV Crosshair uses overclocking technologies to ensure the most radical extreme performance for AMD platform.

But where this model really sets a new paradigm for the more enthusiastic players is in their control facilities, as ROG Connect, which lets you adjust the hardware settings from an external laptop connected via USB. Another highlight is RC Bluetooth functionality, which provides access to the overclocking parameters of the board, CPU and memory using Bluetooth devices. Y iDirect ROG tool can do the same on an iPhone. These features add comfort and style to the process of acceleration of the plate and the hardware installed, which until recently was a task too tedious for users who are not versed in computer technology and gaming community that had long been seeking.
