It comes as you are not working the new BIOS on your motherboard F9E. You require to update your BIOS if you do not need such issue. If the BIOS update cannot solve the problem then you can also attempt to upgrade the drivers for the Motherboard and see if the problem is solved. if not then you can also check whether the drivers are updated.
