    Default System shuts down while booting

    Hello all,
    My pc shuts down while loading the OS. I've attempted booting from CDs, but it every time shuts down at similar point but it can work menace for hours without shutting down. It looks that it clanks when it's about to load greater stuff to memory, but memtests' ensue were just ok. Please advice.

    Your power supply shuts down? My PC use to shut down all the time it would start rotating up the hard drive or CD/DVD drives.
