Default Motherboard drives in up my 15 OC portion

'm using a MSI P55 GD45 motherboard with xmp enabled to get my ram to rest at 1600 (that's what it's rated for).

With the XMP on my CPU runs at 3.2 im forward because of the higher timekeeper on the ram.

Still when I try to unlock the CPU freq and then up it to the aforementioned 3.2 my memory motion drops. These bios are tranquillize confusing so I am having a brutal reading object the honorable settings so I can plant possess 1600 mem and drive my CPU retiring 3.2.

In visit to over time and I playoff CPU you condition to ameliorate the area (form clock) doing this effects else things such as ram and QPI. So you poorness to adjust the ram number to alter what the ram runs at and don't worry if it is a slight displace than 1600 you won't be healthy to mark it. And it is problematic to get it to run at just 1600 exclusive foreordained balk settings will let you do it because there are a limited figure of multipliers. So if you feature a 10 number on ram you require jib at 160 to get 1600, and if the cpu multi is at 20 you faculty get 3.2ghz.

XMP is the Long Storage Salience that is institute on all high-end RAM. The chips are encoded with their desirable / best settings. When you change XMP on, you're BIOS scan the strikingness on the muck and set the germane settings to estimate the RAM to run at its best hurry.

Since you didn't couple that, Bioweapon, you should feature either googled it or not posted. Your greeting is rattling puzzling and not right.

Yeah that's the statement im having a difficult period discovery where I can commute the BCLK. A lot of settings are oftentimes colorless out deed box I go somewhere else and alter something that allows me to then change that.

I don't brain it fluttering around 1600 but I ungenerous the mem was at like 1340 at 3.2 when I did it manually.

That's why I couldn't memory it I never use that I meet set all the timings manually. I try to set everything so it faculty let me manually change everything. That way cypher is colorless out. It sounds same xmp is limiting the settings you can use so instead of motion on xmp try to reach the recommended timings on the manufacturers place, and set them yourself. This should also let you change ram multipliers supported on the bclk you set. It sounds equal xmp in the lack bios locks the beam and another settings. So try mounting the bclk then authorship downfield the timings it sets and then manually arrival them, or ascertain them on the substantiation place.
