Hi, I installed window xp in a computer i got from a friend and can't get audio.

In Device Manager 'Multimedia Audio Controller' is with a yellow mark,
so I went to Intel D845GRG Motherboard Drivers, and tried to install the Audio driver SoundMAX Cadenza and give me the mensaje "Drive not found, reboot your system"

also I've tried downloading "SoundMAX Integrated Digital Audio" and give the error "A configuration or Hardware problem has ocurred"...

Do you know what is the problem or if I'm missing something?

- In Device Manager the "Sound, video and game controllers" look ok, I have the list with:
Audio Codecs
Legacy Audio Capture Devices
Legacy Video Capture Devices
Media Control Devices
Unimodem Half-Duplex Audio Device
Video Codecs

(I assume that D845GRG Motherboard include sound card onboard so I'm not missing one)

if anyone have some ideas ...
