Default Motherboard or CPU is defective

Good evening, I have about a year ago bought a brand new PC, and ordered all the parts assembled everything went smoothly until last Saturday when the computer went out and gamble no longer concerned i tested the PSU and the graphics card has to function and can therefore exclude this as a cause. Now the question is whether the MB is broken or the CPU what is because doing nothing ie no fan rotation, etc I am going for the MB but I know myself unfortunately not so good so I hope for your support.

I would at least try again, that is outside of the housing on a non-conductive surface, MoBo, 1 Ram bars .

Well, as a meaningful test I would not describe precisely since it would be better in the NT was also host of pals test, and in return be NT in your PC, if you still have a 2 different then NT would have at hand, yes because my suspicion lies more in the NT as a problem.

Which is normally claimed, probably sent to the vendor, it will be repaired or exchanged in new condition, must not then be necessary, especially for asrock .
