This is new issue, outlook was running perfectly till few ago.Vista Home Premium 64 SP2.IE 8 Outlook 2007

The problem occurs only in my user account. In administrator account outlook works fine. In user account outlook is slow it takes almost about 1min to open. Even slow in opening or crating or replying a mail. Send function is working fine.

Sometimes "outlook not responding" message pops up but it will open the mail. It all started some 3 weeks ago when I opened a mail from comcast customer service a pop up prompting outlook is turning down. It wasn’t a malicious e-mail.

I tried system restore. I even uninstall/reinstalled. I even removed all my mail after relocating.

I opened outlook in safe mode it worked perfectly.
