Gradually Twitter has become my new RSS reader. But every blogs doesn’t use Twitter to update its readers. Is there any services which will allow me add an RSS feed which will then convert every new post to my Twitter feedback?

I am familiar with bloggers using TwitterFeed.com to do the job for them, but I'm searching for a method to get Twitter updates on blogs which are not using Twitter.
