I reinstalled my pc and was restoring data from a backup drive. While I was trying to import my backed up messages for Outlook Express 6 from two different sources, one set imported properly but the other set was creating a lot of issues. Even when the files are there in that direcotry when I try to import them I received 2 messages. The first prompts that "the message store cannot be opened, may be in use by Outlook Express." The second says that "No messages can be found in this folder or another application is running that has the required files open. Please select another folder or try closing applications that may have files open."

Outlook Express is the only program in process so no other program is using the files. Can anyone suggest anything about this problem and a solution for it..
