Hi Everyone,

I have two machines within my network that unexpectedly stopped accessing the net. I found that they can no longer get the DNS server ip addresses again. Tried putting it back, the system will request to be restarted and after restarting, the values input on TCP/IP properties window are not saved. Tried to restore the system back to earlier date, restore was not successful.

I searched throughout possible solution and found that it has to do with Winsock; all that was suggested were done, but no positive result. When I tried using ipconfig /all at command prompt, I get following massage: An internal error occurred. Access is denied.
