Thread: My pc Problems in setting up ehome router

Hi everyone.

I have an ehome router which I used before with other PCs in a various country. Now, I moved out so I want to utilize it again but with other PCs, so the address is different. I tried to set it up, all is going fine, all the lights are lit, but when I try to set it “the page cannot be displayed”. Can you tell me what the problem is and how I can solve it? Does this mean that if I already used and set up router once, I cannot set it up again?

I have tried a direct connection with a cable to my desktop, and then to my laptop, using a cable, as well…nothing. I am trying to connect with a cable, and after the connection is done, I will connect wirelessly. Then, to notice if the router was the problem, I attached again straight to modem and it was working. Actually, I am using straight the modem now.

If I attach my router to modem every light in router such as power, status, wan, wlan, local network 1 are lit and on the modem cable activity, cable link, pc link and internet are lit.

If I go to start/ run/ cmd and type ipconfig/ all I obtain following message: Ipconfig is not recognized as an internal or external command operable program or batch file.
