I have set up teamviewer on both of my laptops so I can remote access them , one of them is well the other will not attach I sent over the log file to the teamviewer support and they came back with the following can anyone advise me of how to do this ? I am running vista, there is no extra security software apart from windows firewall and defender. The other laptop connects well so it’s not router settings, it have to settings within laptop but I am confused I have the capture log as well if that helps?
