How to troubleshoot Device manager unknown device

Hello,friends

I have a vaio vgn-fw21z and I have installed windows 7 64bit. When I enter device manager I notice a question mark which means that there is a device that has no driver. Is there anyhow I can get details about unknown device and driver I want?

Hi,

Sometimes Device Manager shows devices that either don't be present or exist but don't want drivers. Is your pc working okay?

Do you know what is on PC? Bluetooth, infra-red, wireless or any of those devices missing. you want to review the specification and notice what is not working.
