Default My new mp3 player won’t let me put songs

    Hi everyone,

I am using Vista home premium 32bit and I am now attempting to put mp3 songs onto my Olin mp3 player. It won’t let me put songs onto it for some cause, there are now no songs on it and it won’t let me put anything on it, I have formatted it many times and it still won’t let me put songs on it. Can anyone help me please? Between, whenever I get a song on there it says "file is too deep" then some other things.

    Hi,

Look at device carefully, all over physical device. Do you see a button or slider switch named: hold. If you do, push it the other way so Hold = off.

I looked on my mp3 carefully and closely. But I could not get a button or something that says hold. What should I do now?

I have spent about four hours attempting to repair it myself and I cannot figure out how to.
