Wireless message is a support in Internet connectivity. Laptops are the most suitable machines for people on the go to attach to the Internet remotely. Wireless routers allow connecting a wireless laptop to the Internet even at home. Using the appropriate hardware, can connect a laptop anywhere if wireless connectivity is provided.

Hardware

The 2 hardware part required to connect to a wireless network that connects to the Internet are a wireless router and network card. If connecting remotely, a place that has wireless Internet is required. This place means cafes, hotels, airports and Internet cafes. These places provide the ability to connect with only the laptop and a wireless network card. Latest laptops have a wireless adapter. In Windows, the icon in the taskbar showing the status of the connection can be seen. If not having a wireless adapter card, one can buy and install it in the system.

Connecting
After coming into contact with a wireless signal, the wireless network card grabs the signal and notifies you. In Windows, the message says "Wireless networks are available." Double click the network card icon in the taskbar and show the list of networks. If in a cafe or in a hotel, a username and password is required to use the network. These settings are prompted when double-clicked the available network. After finding a network you want, the PC and network card automatically connect. At this point, you are connected to the network and have Internet access. One can select the store the connection, or can allow expiring after leaving the palce. After leaving the place, the network card will automatically disconnect.

Using the Connection

After connecting to the wireless network, use the Internet by starting a browser. Go to the favorite browser and let the home page to load. For certain networks, a username and password is required to connect to the Internet. Fill this information and the browser loads the web page. Some of these wireless Internet connections don’t allow websites from view, so remember that to connect to all websites on a limited network is not possible.
