Microsoft Exchange is the mail server for a lot of small- to medium-sized industries tied with Windows Small Business Server, it provides an affordable way to include a full-featured email server to network. Exchange Server offers shared calendars, task lists, and group email capacity with some simple steps. Making new users, groups and administrative tasks also needs a few mouse clicks if knowing where to find the interface.

Check Exchange Email Queues
1. Step 1
Log in Exchange server with administrative credentials. Start Microsoft Exchange Management Console.

2. Step 2

Click “+”. Expand the container on behalf of company. Expand Servers, and then expand bud vase representing mail server.

3. Step 3

Select Queues to see a list of present queues in the right side. Select any queue and click Settings to adjust the refresh rate for the queue pane view if required.

4. Step 4

Check for information like number of messages in the queue, the size of the messages, and time connections to external mail servers will be reattempted. Check for messages that become backed up in the incoming or outgoing email queues. Right click on all queues for more options.

5. Step 5

Close the System Manger wizard AND log out.
