As a Network Administrator it's difficult to keep a record of the users on the network. Why make it more complex by confusing about the user rights? Here’s how to simplify the job.
• SUPERVISOR: It enables all rights to the file or folder allocated.
READ: For a folder, this right enables the access to open files in the folder and read contents or launch the application. For a file, it allows right to open and read the file.
WRITE: For a folder, this right enables accessing to open and modify the contents of files. For a file, it enables opening and writing to the file.

CREATE: For a folder, this right enables creating new files and folders in the folder. For a file, it enables creating a file and salvaging a file after it has been removed.
ERASE: It enables accessing required for removing the folder or file.
• Step 3
MODIFY: It enables modifying the attributes or name of the folder or file, but does not enable modifying its contents.
FILE SCAN: It enables seeing the folder or file with the DIR or NDIR command.
ACCESS CONTROL: It enables modifying the trustee assignments and the Inherited Rights Filter of the folder or file.
