Speeding up the Internet connection with Open DNS

Speeding up internet connection is possible using a DNS Server. The concept behind this is to use a more able and steady DNS server to deal with the ISP's slow DNS Server.

• Step 1

Double click Network Connections.

• Step 2

Right Click Internet Connection.

• Step 3

Go to properties. Select general settings.

• Step 4

Then double click TCP/IP.

• Step 5

Check "use the following DNS server".
