Download a free chat script from internet on to PC.

Open FTP client. If not having an FTP client, download an open-source free client. Connect to the website and send the chat script files from local PC to website by placing the folder form PC to the server.

After uploading the script, rename the file to something easy to remember.

Precede installation procedure of chat script. This will differ based on which secreted script. Some chat scripts only need placing them in an existing web page, while others need database creation and more advanced setup.
