Establishing the certificate on a server can be achieved in a few simple steps.

Step 1

Make a Certificate Signing Request. To accomplish this go to SSL manager on the server and click on create CSR. To finish the request type all of the data when prompted. This data is general background on the business or person making like name, address, etc.

Step 2

Buy SSL certificate. The company that you purchase the certificate from will rely on budget in most situations. When company has been sleeted vast their Web site and begin order process. First step in the process is typing the CSR on Web page.

Step 3

After the order process is done the certificate company will give the SSL certificate.

Step 4

Type private key in the server. The key will be sent with the SSL certificate.

Open certificate location of control panel and type certificate here.

Step 6

Enable SSL for Web site. There is a place in control panel that says enable SSL.

Step 7

Click host that the certificate will be used for and fill the form presented. This part only takes a few seconds during server establish SSL. After al is done, check SSL installation. If everything has been setup correctly, a secure connection will be made with the host.
