Most users deny archiving their files and taking up too much memory inside their mailboxes. This can create performance issues. However, inside Groupwise is a section named Mailbox Statistics. With the collected data within this location, you will know who is not conserving mailbox resources. It will even tell how much their database has raised, so that you can tell them what requires to be done to prevent performance issues.

• Launch ConsoleOne and determine if willing to see a user, a "Resource", or a "Post Office".

• Click "Tools" in Mailbox/Library box in Groupwise program.

• Select "Mailbox Statistics"" in the Actions drop-down list.

You can now produce a report of Mailbox Statistics for the group
