Thread: System Error 1068 displays not connected

I had Windows Vista installed on my system. Now problem is my network connection displays disconnected and shows error 1068. Thus, can anybody tell me that what is error 168? What i should do to solve this problem?

 1) This error is caused by one or many Windows services being stopped. It looks that you have network card failure, or driver wants to be already installed, attempt reinstalling netcard driver then again apply new service pack again. Ensure that Network DDE and Network DDE DSDM are began in Services. You can obtain to services by go to Start, Run and typing Services.MSC

This error happened during MSDN Library installation if registry key that want to change is used by other applications. To repair it, go to Start > Run, and enter services.msc. You will get list of services, their information, and whether or not they are running. Genral services that give people error message are "Help and Support Service", Windows Image Acquisition Service, and Print Spooler service.

 3) Avoid problems with registered files, first keep clean and error-free registry. Go to services and check its dependencies, it must be RPC service, which you unable to stop, check RPC is working. This can be easily done by help of registry cleaner tool like RegGenie.
