Update antivirus and scan all system parts if Backdoor.Bot.76828 infected. You want to maintain database of antivirus updated, as signatures of new infections require to be included to database of antivirus. This will solve problem and remove infection from system.

Allow system restore to remove this virus. Go to safe mode and do system restore. Remember time when system was protected from infections. This takes system to time when it was earlier by deleting all infections with applications that were installed during this period.
