Thread: Realtek LAN driver for Kubuntu operating system

Recently I installed the Kubuntu OS beause my windows XP OS is crashed and it is not able to install because of some errors that is why I installed the Kubuntu OS. I am trying to accesses internet but I am not able to access because I don’t have the driver for the realtek LAN Card. How can I install the Realtek LAN driver for Kubuntu OS?

You must to install the driver software for the Realtek LAN card in this OS to access the internet. You can install the drivers for this OS from the software disc give with the LAN Card if it has the software for the Linux OS included.

If you don’t have the drivers then you can download the Driver software for official website of the Linux or the Kubuntu the version which you are using. Download and install it properly. Then restart the system to take the installation effect.
