Thread: How to access folders with administrator rights too

I do not know why I do not get access to certain folders that are in my system, tried to solve this problem, but could get rid of this problem. I do not know why the administrator is not effective. Why I cannot even access these folders with administrator privileges. Please help me sort this problem.

First of all I would like to ask you one thing if you have another operating system installed on your system. If the answer is yes then the problem is that the ownership of those files and folders in the user account belongs to another OS. I think you should try to take ownership of those files or folders to access them.
