Windows XP installed on my PC and now PC infected by virus. When I am using iTunes unexpectedly it stops. Now, problem is I am unable to delete that virus. Can anybody give suggestions so that I can delete this virus?

1) If Antivirus is outdated database so it is unable to delete all files from PC. Thus, update PC for virus safety and after updating you can delete virus from PC.

2) I thought your antivirus is unable to delete virus, so switch to other antivirus application. Use any one of the following:

• AOL Active Virus Shield

• Avast! Home Edition

• AVG Anti-Virus

• F-Secure

• Kaspersky Anti-Virus

• McAfee VirusScan
