    Default Infected by Win32/Roron.AA@mm malware

I installed Windows XP on my DELL Inspiron 580. I access internet every day. I have AVG 7 free version antivirus, and just I got malware alert that "Win32/Roron.AA@mm is been found". What it means and how to remove it?

    1) The alert means PC infected by that worm. This worm sends personal data to remote address through email, network shares. Thus buy licensed version of AVG and install it. Then you enable to delete this Worm.
