1) Log in to Safe mode that helps you as there is less process running in Safe mode. Now open explorer and go to tools menu and click Show hidden files and folders and unclick Hide Extensions for known file types. Now go to "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer" and to "C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Temp" and remove wmpscfgs.exe. Now open regedit and in HKLM, Software, Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion, Run delete %ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\wmpscfgs.exe.

2) This virus is related with many other viruses. And it utilizes running process and makes them to behave in malicious way so that PC won’t do in correct way. And you lose data. This virus relates mcagent.exe, mcagent.exe, mcagent.exe.delme<Any number>. So also check for these file and delete them if you found them.
