3G of course running at 1 Mbps 125 Kbps, do what any suggestions?

I am 3G course running at 1 Mbps 125 Kbps, I made contact with the SAC and an assitant gave a reconfigured and now it vary, has remained at + or - 300 Kbps.

Pay USD $ 119.90 is much money for a connection of these phony, what i do.

1) See an excellent option for ADSL and run away from 3G, and the service is of poor quality is almost not possible to use the bandwidth they offer, or better, charge. If you do not like that, ask for a visit or something, why deal with 3G is difficult.
