From where can hacker obtain personal data in PC?

I know that hackers make many Trojan to hack PC and take personal data. So I want know from where they can get personal data in PC. So tell me how to protect PC from hacker.

1) Index.dat File is central place where hacker can obtain personal data from PC. This file is active database which is active when user logs in windows. This file useful for information that is unneeded like Web URL search data and more with open file that is opened.

2) You can be insecure if browser having Cookies that is key stream for reason of attacking hacking Trojan from internet. So if there is Internet connection then delete cookies from browser as it is causing system affecting by virus. These are little text which is saved on PC of user from particular Website.

3) Browser history is another place which needs to be clean so that remove chances of infected by virus as history records web detail and hacker utilizes this to attack. This informs hackers about browsing habits of yours. So clear history on specific interval regularly.

4)There are mainly 9 places from where hackers can obtain special data. So to protect from hacking by virus see files below and update them.
